Job summary
PınarOnline is seeking a Product & Digital Business Development Specialist to shape web and mobile product strategies, refine user experiences, and lead AI-driven transformation projects. You will drive end-to-end digital product development, backlog management, and data-driven performance analytics across web, mobile web, and iOS/Android apps.
The role requires strong Agile proficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and a user-centric mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, CS, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of digital product development or digital business development experience.
- Strong command of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project execution.
- End-to-end understanding of web and mobile product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Monitor web, mobile web, and mobile app performance and identify improvements.
- Contribute to backlog management; prepare user stories and requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning and coordinate with software, QA, and business analysis teams.
- Coordinate UAT and product release processes.
- Analyze new product ideas and revenue models to support digital growth.
- Track KPIs and user behavior using GA4, Adjust, Looker Studio; prepare reports.
