Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years designing and implementing DevOps solutions with containerization.
• Strong Linux admin skills and experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Elasticsearch or MongoDB.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

II - Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and principles, with expertise in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions. This role requires proficiency in Linux system administration, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for the engineering behind DevOps and scaling it.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• (i) Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions, including containerization and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift, and develop and maintain monitoring and logging tools to ensure the reliability and performance of our infrastructure.
• (ii) Collaborate with development teams to build scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, and install and configure hardware, operating systems, and related software for tuning computing resources.
• (iii) Prepare development and production platforms for deployment with containerization technologies, and communicate with a team of developers, engineers, and architects to document processes and ensure smooth collaboration.
• (iv) Troubleshoot and debug issues related to infrastructure and deployment processes, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, containerization, and cloud computing.

IV - What Is Required from You?

• (i) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus.
• (ii) Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing DevOps solutions, including experience with containerization technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring and logging tools.
• (iii) Expertise: Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and principles, proficiency in Linux system administration, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• (iv) Knowledge: Strong knowledge of infrastructure management tools like Ansible and Terraform, experience with cloud computing and database systems like Elasticsearch and MongoDB, and expertise on VCS systems like GitLab.
• (v) Skills: Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and flexible, with a passion for the engineering behind DevOps and scaling it.
