Job summary

Christian Dior Couture's Istinye Park boutique is seeking a Department Manager with passion, energy and drive to maximize sales and department profitability. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to enhance commercial performance and maintain excellent relations with key suppliers.

Key responsibilities include guiding the team, optimizing stock usage, budgeting, and meeting sales targets. Fluent Turkish and English are required, with luxury fashion knowledge and strong leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management in luxury retail.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Turkish and English; any additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with the Boutique Manager to ensure optimization of the stock level usage
• Ensure all team members are following the established procedures of ordering/ transfer, etc
• Assist the Boutique Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan for the network and preparing the yearly budgets
• Follow up on daily sales vs monthly/yearly target and take action when necessary
• Maintain a smooth relationship with the suppliers and business partners to implement partnership
• Attend Managers’ meetings to review the shops performance and provide regular feedback to Boutique Manager
• Manage, engage, and guide the team reporting
• Set the objectives and budgets for own team members and ensure their accomplishment
• Responsible for coaching and training own team members
• Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of customers, in order to meet and exceed their expectations

Profile

• 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of management, in a luxury product setting
• Ability to identify and meet the needs of customers to meet and exceed their expectations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skillsin a fast-paced environment
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sense and good knowledge of the luxury industry
• Fluent in Turkish and English, another language on top is a plus
