Job summary

The Ivoclar Academy Turkey Team is seeking a Dental Technician with a strong background in dental prosthetics to join our training group. You will deliver technical training, run hands-on workshops, and support the planning and execution of Academy programs both locally and with international teams.

The role requires travel, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work with English technical materials.

Qualifications

• Dental Technician with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate of the dental prosthetics technology department.
• Interest in dental technologies and training processes.
• Knowledge of analog and/or digital dental applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with English technical materials.
• Open to travel and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training, hands-on workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Support planning and execution of Ivoclar Academy training programs.
• Manage training operations with third parties/KOLs and provide technical support during sessions.
• Provide technical and digital guidance to customers and support field visits.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and technical requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Support translation and localization of global technical content.
• Represent Ivoclar at events, congresses, and customer engagements.
