Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to prepare and present high quality dishes, delivering an excellent guest and member experience. You will assist with food cost controls and work within Hilton guidelines to maintain quality.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international kitchen, a relevant culinary qualification, and strong attention to detail. A positive, professional attitude and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
• Experience in an international hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Relevant culinary qualification or vocational certification (or equivalent).
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines.
• Maintain clean work areas and prevent cross contamination.
• Prepare mis-en-place for relevant menus.
• Assist with food cost controls and aiming for cost efficiency.
• Ensure food quality and proper storage.
