Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead kitchen staff and uphold the highest standards of food preparation for guests. You will assist with cost controls and ensure safe, efficient operation across shifts.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position, a valid commercial cookery qualification, and strong coaching and communication skills. Hilton offers extensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Valid trade commercial cookery qualification.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Basic Food Hygiene certification.
• Supervisory experience.
• Positive attitude.
• Knowledge of current food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure high standards of food preparation.
• Assist with food cost controls and margins.
• Prepare mis-en-place for all menus.
• Ensure cleanliness and avoid cross-contamination.
• Present high quality dishes to guests.
• Train staff in Hilton procedures and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and requests.
• Report maintenance or safety issues as needed.
