Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Grid Software Solutions is seeking a Delivery Excellence Manager to drive project performance and governance across its global organization.

You will lead PMO excellence, monitor performance with KPI dashboards, and drive continuous improvements using data-driven insights and AI-based tools. Fluency in English and international experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Project management certification is mandatory: PMP, PRINCE2 or PM@S.
• Proven experience in PMO, project management, portfolio governance or business improvement, ideally in an international technology, software or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, project controls, KPI management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Standardize project management methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery processes across the organization.
• Monitor portfolio and project performance through KPI dashboards, executive reporting, milestone tracking and risk management.
• Lead project health reviews, steering committees and governance meetings, identifying delivery risks and driving corrective actions.
• Strengthen project controls through schedule monitoring, scope management, resource planning, financial tracking and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive-level reports, providing management with clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies and resource utilization.

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Grid Software Solutions is looking for a Delivery Excellence Manager to drive project performance, operational excellence and business improvement across its global organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the GSW SOL Project Management Office and regional teams across AP, MEA, AM and EU to strengthen project governance, optimize delivery processes and improve productivity and profitability through data-driven insights, standardization and digital innovation.

You’ll make an impact:

• Drive PMO excellence by standardizing project management methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery processes across the organization.
• Monitor portfolio and project performance through KPI dashboards, executive reporting, milestone tracking and risk management.
• Lead project health reviews, steering committees and governance meetings, identifying delivery risks and driving corrective actions.
• Strengthen project controls through schedule monitoring, scope management, resource planning, financial tracking and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive-level reports, providing management with clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies and resource utilization.
• Establish consistent reporting standards and data-driven decision-making processes across teams, regions and business units.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives, leveraging performance analytics, lessons learned, process automation and AI-based tools.
• Act as a trusted partner to global and regional stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and business outcomes.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Project management certification is mandatory: PMP, PRINCE2 or PM@S.
• Proven experience in PMO, project management, portfolio governance or business improvement, ideally in an international technology, software or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, project controls, KPI management and executive reporting.
• Experience developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, milestones and task lists using Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, monitor project performance and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Experience standardizing project management processes and implementing governance frameworks across teams or regions.
• Familiarity with financial performance monitoring, resource planning, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with AI-driven tools and automation to improve reporting, planning and project management efficiency is an advantage.
• International experience, particularly working across global and regional teams, is a plus.
• Fluent English is required to work effectively with global and regional stakeholders.
