Job summary

A Cloud Engineer based in Turkey will join a technical team focused on supporting and scaling modern cloud-based data environments. You will onboard applications to Databricks and build Data Landing Zones in Azure, using IaC, automation, and deployment pipelines to deliver efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Databricks experience.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Background in application support or cloud operations.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CDK.
• CI/CD and automation tool familiarity.
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via ServiceNow.
• Gather, clarify, and analyze requirements for onboarding new DLZs.
• Execute pipelines and IaC to provision Azure/Databricks resources.
• Support deployment of common Azure resources using IaC.
• Identify repetitive tasks and build automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard smoothly.
• Maintain documentation on support procedures.
• Contribute to ongoing cloud support operations improvements.
