We are looking for a Data Science Manager to join our Product & Analytics team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals!

What You’ll Do

• Lead the management of data science projects across the business, contributing both technical expertise and business insight to planning, implementation, and performance tracking of deployed models.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Data Science team, including sprint planning, retrospectives, mentoring, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable data science projects and team roadmaps.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of predictive models, including recommendation engines, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and pricing optimization.
• Promote best practices in model governance, data quality, and reproducibility.
• Discover and prioritize new use cases where machine learning can drive measurable business impact, such as automating player segmentation or detecting promotional abuse.
• Partner closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable model deployment, aligning solutions with the company’s data infrastructure and operational flows.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 3 years managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, experimentation design, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of Python / R and data modeling + experience in AI / ML, service connection skills with IT teams
• Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable data projects.
• Passionate about mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
• Experience with recommendation systems, personalization engines, or large-scale e-commerce platforms.
• Professional competence in English language.
