bitaksi is Turkey's leading taxi-hailing app, transforming urban mobility with innovative technology. We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer who will architect scalable data pipelines, enforce data governance, and collaborate with data scientists to power real-time insights for millions of rides.

You will own cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS/GCP), optimize performance for high throughput, and work with Spark, Kafka, Flink, Airflow and Dagster to deliver reliable analytics assets with strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL in production environments.
• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Write production-grade code for data transformations.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and lineage.
• Partner with Data Scientists to provide reliable datasets for ML models.
• Tune data infrastructure for high performance and scale.
• Bridge business requirements into robust data schemas and assets.
