Qualifications

• 3+ years of SQL and Python experience required.
• Deep knowledge of GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataform/dbt).
• Proficiency with Cloud Composer/Airflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
• DevOps knowledge: CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
• English at B2 level or higher.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer with solid Terraform knowledge to architect, develop, and support scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. In this position, you will spearhead the creation of reliable data pipelines while championing best practices in infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable data pipelines using GCP services
• Spearhead the creation of data solutions utilizing BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataform/dbt
• Coordinate workflows with Cloud Composer/Airflow
• Handle real‑time data streaming via Pub/Sub and Cloud Storage
• Deploy infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Set up and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions
• Guarantee data quality, reliability, and performance throughout all systems
• Coach team members and advocate for engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience with SQL and Python
• Deep knowledge of GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataform/dbt
• Competence in Cloud Composer/Airflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage
• Abilities in DevOps practices including CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Sound business acumen
• English skills at B2 level or above

• Certified as a Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer
• Experience with Data Lake technologies like Iceberg
• Understanding of CDC through Datastream
