Job summary

MCT Technic, Türkiye’s first and only domestic manufacturer of NOx sensors, is seeking a Data Analyst to manage automotive product data, verify cross-references, and ensure accurate part numbers across ERP, PIM, B2B, and catalogs.

You will work with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Marketing to prepare technical data for new products and analyze market trends, delivering reports and dashboards. A degree in engineering or related fields and 2+ years of automotive data experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, statistics, IT or related field.
• At least two years in automotive spare parts or product data management.
• English at minimum B2 level.
• Ability to read vehicle catalogues.
• Experience with TecDoc, EPC or similar data sources.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain automotive product data.
• Review OEM, OES, and aftermarket catalogues.
• Track current, superseded, and replaced part numbers.
• Verify OEM and cross-reference numbers.
• Check product compatibility by vehicle, model, engine, and year.
• Compare sensor specifications (NOx, PM, lambda, pressure).
• Prepare technical data for new products.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, and duplicate records.
• Ensure data consistency across ERP, PIM, B2B, website, and catalogues.
• Conduct product and market analyses to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Marketing.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards.

With more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, the company develops environmentally responsible technologies that help improve vehicle performance and reduce harmful emissions.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining automotive product data, reviewing OEM, OES, and aftermarket catalogues, tracking part number changes, verifying cross-references, and researching vehicle compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain automotive product data.
• Review OEM, OES, and aftermarket catalogues.
• Track current, superseded, and replaced part numbers.
• Verify OEM and cross-reference numbers.
• Check product compatibility by vehicle, model, engine, and production year.
• Compare the technical specifications of NOx, particulate matter, lambda, and pressure sensors.
• Prepare the technical data required for new products.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, and duplicate product records.
• Ensure data consistency across ERP and B2B systems, the company website, and product catalogues.
• Conduct product and market analyses to identify new product opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales, R&D, Quality, and Marketing teams.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, information technology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in automotive spare parts or product data management.
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret passenger car, commercial vehicle, or heavy duty vehicle catalogues.
• Knowledge of OEM numbers, cross-references, and part number supersessions.
• Ability to conduct vehicle compatibility and fitment research.
• Experience using TecDoc, EPC, or similar automotive data sources.
• Knowledge of NOx, particulate matter, lambda, or pressure sensors.
• Experience with ERP, PIM, B2B, or e-commerce systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: SQL, Power BI, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of data cleansing, matching, and validation processes.
• Good command of English, with the ability to understand technical documentation.
• Analytical, detail oriented, collaborative, and results driven.
