Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced dashboards and data products using Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud to support strategic decision making
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions
• Drive data-driven decision making across key domains such as customer analytics, operational efficiency and pricing
• Develop and deliver advanced analytics use cases including forecasting, segmentation and predictive modeling
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Enable and promote self-service analytics capabilities across business teams
• Guide and support users in ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions
• Contribute to the design and evolution of data warehouse and ETL processes
• Support and actively contribute to Hedef Filo’s data & AI transformation journey

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields
• 4+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud
• SQL and data querying
• ETL tools (SSIS or similar)
• Solid understanding of:
• Data modeling
• Data warehouse (DWH) concepts
• Experience or exposure to:
• Predictive analytics and statistical modeling
• Machine learning applications
• Python (preferred)
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into data solutions
