Job summary

Hilti Türkiye invites applications for a Customer Experience Intern to support data quality and customer information management within the Marketing and CX teams. You will work hands-on with SAP, Genesys Cloud, and global systems while collaborating with Sales, CX, and Marketing to ensure smooth customer processes.

The role offers insight into customer-facing business processes, data accuracy initiatives, and process improvements in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in business, economics, engineering or related field.
• Available full-time or at least 3 days/week during internship.
• Good command of English; high attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer master data and data quality activities.
• Verify and update customer information including company and contacts.
• Support sales administration and documentation management.
• Consolidate and review sales forms and records.
• Respond to customer inquiries via digital channels per guidelines.
• Support customer account ownership transfer in SAP.
• Work with Genesys Cloud and other global platforms.
• Collaborate with CX, Sales, Marketing on daily ops.
• Provide operational support for customer-focused projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer data accuracy.
