Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul is seeking a Non-Management culinary professional to maintain kitchen logs for food safety compliance, monitor stock of supplies, prepare ingredients, portion and cook according to recipes and standards, and ensure presentation quality.

You will support management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff, follow all safety and security policies, uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards, and communicate clearly with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety compliance.
• Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and ingredient portions.
• Prepare ingredients, portion, and cook to recipes and standards.
