Job summary

SevenApps in Istanbul is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to craft static and motion creatives for paid campaigns worldwide. You will dissect winning ads, spin up data-backed variations, and own app store visuals with a sharp focus on performance and CTR.

The role requires fast iteration, ownership of storefront visuals, and collaboration with a marketing-minded team. Must-have: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; CapCut and AI tools; advanced English.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to adapt quickly to tools (CapCut, ChatGPT, Heygen, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Deep interest in trends, especially the US market and translating them into assets

Responsibilities

• Create static and motion creatives for paid campaigns running worldwide.
• Take winning ads, dissect why they work and spin up new variations backed by real performance data.
• Own App Store and Play Store visuals: screenshots, preview videos, the whole storefront
• Measure, iterate, and scale every asset you produce
