Job summary

CityPay.io is seeking a Head of Treasury in Turkey to oversee cash and crypto liquidity, risk management, and treasury operations. You will coordinate with operations, trading, and finance to optimize funding, hedging, and regulatory compliance across exchanges and wallets.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of cryptocurrency market dynamics and exchanges.
• Experience managing crypto and fiat liquidity and risk.
• Strong understanding of MASAK and SPK rules for crypto operations.
• Familiarity with MPC and multisignature wallet security.
• Experience developing internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash and crypto liquidity across exchanges, wallets, and banks.
• Forecast cash and crypto flows and coordinate with operations, trading, and finance teams.
• Execute crypto transactions securely with compliance to internal policies.
• Maintain relationships with exchanges, custodians, banks, and partners to optimize cost and security.
• Design hedging strategies and monitor market developments to mitigate risk.
• Oversee treasury operations, wallet management, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Support financing activities, debt facilities, and liquidity provisions.
• Prepare treasury reports and ensure audit-ready documentation.
