Brisa Bridgestone Sabancı is seeking a Credit Control & Operation Specialist to manage domestic dealer network finances and risk management. The role focuses on reconciliations, invoice processing, and credit limit enforcement within a hybrid work setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Economics or relevant field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Min 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Preferably with experience in SAP FI module.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for learning.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate financial operations of the domestic dealer network and oversee risk management.
• Follow customer current accounts with regular reconciliations and analyses.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day order follow-up.
• Enter invoices related to domestic commercial goods returns, price differences, premiums, discounts, etc.
• Follow-up calculations of late interests.
• Approve dealer orders according to credit limits.
• Monitor days sales outstanding, overdue analysis, collections and debts.

We are looking for an Credit Control & Operation Specialist to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!

How You Will Contribute:

In this role, you are expected to:

• Being fully responsible for coordinating the financial operations of the domestic dealer network and being responsible for the risk management process
• Following the current accounts of the customers, to make regular reconciliations and account analyzes
• Taking over responsibility for day-to-day order follow up
• Being responsible from entry of invoices into the system related with all domestic commercial goods return, price differences, premium, discount etc.
• Following-up calculations of late interests
• Approving dealer orders according to credit limits
• Following days sales outstanding, analysis of overdue, collections and debts

Before You Come on Board:

We believe you will fit well if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree from Management/Economics or relevant field
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Min 5 years of experience in relevance field
• Preferably with experience in SAP FI module
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
