Qualifications

• Strong Unity and C# expertise, with ability to modify existing games, debugging and optimizing.
• Creative and technical mindset to turn ideas into gameplay variations, prototypes and ads.
• Experience with mobile gaming, performance creatives, playable ads, and social/mobile ad trends.
• Fast prototyping and iteration in a high-volume, test-and-learn environment.
• Autonomous yet collaborative, coordinating with Creative, Game Dev, and UA teams.

Responsibilities

• Modify and prototype gameplay in Unity: new mechanics, visuals, features, UI, cameras, and gameplay variations.
• Build tools for Creative teams: create flexible Unity apps and internal tools for video and playable-ad production.
• Produce rapid iterations: create multiple game variations to test hooks, mechanics, visuals, and player experiences.
• Own technical quality: debug, fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure features work reliably.
• Iterate from performance data: use ad results and learnings to improve creative concepts and gameplay.
• Contribute to ideation: participate in brainstorming and propose new gameplay, creative, and technical ideas.
• Explore new technologies: leverage AI and emerging tools to increase production speed and creativity.
