Job summary

Arcustin Games is hiring a Game Developer to build and improve mobile games in Unity, collaborating with product, art, level design, marketing, and Octopus teams to create scalable systems and strong player experiences.

The role focuses on hands-on Unity development for mobile games, with opportunities to contribute to AI-assisted workflows and production pipelines in a fast-growing studio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Unity game development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#, OOP, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience building mobile games or mobile applications with Unity.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain gameplay features in Unity.
• Build scalable game systems including UI, progression, and live content structures.
• Collaborate with product, art, level design, and marketing teams.
• Integrate with Octopus workflows and production tools for content/configuration.
• Lead code reviews and improve engineering quality and standards.
• Optimize performance across mobile devices and platforms.
