Job summary

ELA ROSE GROUP seeks a creative Graphic & Web Designer to elevate our makeup brand's digital presence. You will design brand materials, maintain the website visuals, and craft content for social media with a sharp eye for current trends.

The role requires fluent English, a strong makeup/cosmetics sensibility, and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CapCut, and Mac. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team, oversee design workflows, and ensure brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication design, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CapCut; Mac proficiency.
• Creative with a strong aesthetic sense and keen attention to detail.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio is preferred.
• Up to date with digital design and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Designing brand and corporate identity materials
• Creating and maintaining the visual design and overall look and feel of the company website.
• Creating visual and creative content for social media platforms
• Designing digital and print advertising materials
• Preparing designs for campaigns, posters, brochures, catalogs, and presentations
• Developing existing designs in line with brand guidelines and standards
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Communications team
• Following up on the printing and digital publishing processes of all designs
