Döhler Türkiye is seeking a Financial Controller for its Istanbul Office to oversee controlling activities, monitor financial performance and ensure accurate data.

You will manage Month-End Reporting, weekly and cash-flow forecasting using SAC and Excel, support budget processes, and conduct monthly P&L reviews to inform business decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in financial controlling, FP&A or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Experience with SAC and advanced Excel preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; precise data interpretation.
• Effective cross-department collaboration and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare/update Weekly Forecasts using SAC to monitor performance.

• Coordinate and support Budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Conduct Monthly P&L Reviews and provide management insights.
• Prepare Monthly Reports and Finance Updates for business decisions.

Döhler Türkiye is looking for a "Financial Controller" to be employed in our Istanbul Office with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Responsible for Controlling activities, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring accurate financial data.


• Prepare and manage Month-End Reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing and reporting.


• Prepare and update Weekly Forecasts using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to monitor financial performance and support business planning.


• Prepare and maintain Weekly Forecasts using Excel, ensuring accurate financial projections and variance analysis.


• Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Forecasts to support liquidity management and financial planning.


• Coordinate and support the Budget preparation process, including budget monitoring and variance analysis.


• Conduct Monthly P&L Reviews, analyzing financial results against budget and forecast and identifying key variances.


• Prepare Monthly Reports, Management Comments, and Finance Updates, providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a similar finance role.


• Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.


• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and advanced MS Excel skills are preferred.


• Good command of written and spoken English.


• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.


• Confident in financial reporting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.


• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, accountability, and adaptability.
