Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Private Label Category Manager to oversee the end-to-end Private Label and exclusive brands portfolio in line with our brand strategy. You will lead supplier search efforts for new brands and coordinate initiation processes to expand the portfolio, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and procurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in category management, product management, or purchasing within cosmetics or retail sectors.
Experience in private label product management or managing a multi-brand portfolio.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management is preferred.
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in team management.
Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and take action.
Strong negotiation skills with local and foreign suppliers.
Trend-oriented, results-driven, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
