BEAUTE Cosmetics is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager in Turkey to support the Brand Manager in executing marketing, PR, and digital strategies. The role includes managing budgets and collaborating on inventory forecasts, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with brand objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG sector and possesses strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities also include leading online campaigns, managing reports, and analyzing sales history.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, brand development, or sales.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Manager in marketing and e-commerce strategies.
• Prepare and control A&P budget.
• Collaborate on demand planning and inventory management.
• Lead execution of online campaigns and collaborate with media agencies.
• Conduct reporting and analysis for the brand manager.
