Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Private Label Category Manager to lead the end-to-end private label and exclusive brands portfolio in the cosmetics sector.

You will search for new suppliers, develop the product range, manage listings, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends to boost profitability while ensuring stock availability. Collaboration with design, marketing, and category teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in category management or related roles within cosmetics/retail.
• Experience in private label or multi-brand portfolios.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management preferred.
• At least 2 years team management experience.
• Strong data interpretation and action-oriented analytics.
• Strong negotiation with local and foreign suppliers.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Private Label and exclusive brands portfolio aligned with brand strategy.
• Search for new suppliers and brands and coordinate initiation.
• Develop product range and identify opportunities; manage listings/delistings.
• Lead supplier contracts; evaluate pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing; propose profitability actions.
• Ensure product availability and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and category teams on new products and packaging.
• Coordinate all stages of campaigns, launches, and category development processes.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability, and segment trends; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Strategically position products under the brand to support growth targets.
• Identify workflow improvement areas and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and participate in Category review meetings for top management.
