Job summary

Iax GmbH seeks a Contract & Commercial Specialist for our global telecommunications partner. The role covers bidding, contract execution, and commercial operations across the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient contract management.

This on-site position in Ümraniye, Istanbul requires English fluency, a relevant degree, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, trade, law, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in contract and commercial operations.
• Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial contract preparation, review, negotiation, and customer communication.
• Willingness to work on-site in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bidding documents and coordinate internal reviews, approvals, signatures, and stamping.
• Organize ATB meetings and support bidding agreements completion.
• Coordinate PPQ processes with internal review and approval.
• Prepare commercial proposals and bidding documentation.
• Support contract handover, billing management, penalties, and contract closure.

Contract & Commercial Specialist

We are looking for a Contract & Commercial Specialist for our leading global partner in the Telecommunications industry.

This role offers the opportunity to support commercial and contract operations throughout the project lifecycle, from bidding and quotation processes to contract execution and closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient commercial operations and high-quality contract management.

Location: Ümraniye, Istanbul — Full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare bidding documents and coordinate internal review, approval, signature, and stamping processes.
2. Organize Authorized to Bid (ATB) meetings and support the completion of bidding agreements.
3. Coordinate Project Price Quotation (PPQ) processes, including internal review and approval.
4. Prepare commercial proposals and bidding documentation.
5. Support contract handover, billing management, penalty management, and contract closure while ensuring efficient and high-quality contract execution

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, International Trade, Law, or a related field.
2. 0-1 years of experience in contract and commercial operations.
3. Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.
4. Knowledge of commercial management, contract administration, international trade, finance, or the telecommunications industry is preferred.
5. Familiarity with commercial contract preparation, contract review, negotiation processes, and customer communication.
6. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
7. Eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and work in a dynamic environment.
8. Willingness to work on-site
