• Experience in quality control or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with composite or aerospace quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own inspection, documentation, and process control across composite manufacturing from raw material to finished part.
• Define and run incoming, in-process, and final inspection plans.
• Maintain batch, cure, and traceability records.
• Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Support certification and customer quality audits.
