Job summary

Tulkas Engineering and Technology, Istanbul-based, is seeking technicians to lay up, cure, and finish carbon fiber components for UAV, defense, and marine applications. You will prepare molds, cut plies, and ensure lamination quality according to documented standards.

The role requires reading technical drawings, attention to detail, and maintaining traceability across batches during repeat production, with opportunities to join a diverse team driving advanced composite solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with composite lamination or a related manufacturing trade
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and work instructions
• Attention to detail and consistency under repeat production

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds, cut and place carbon fiber plies according to the lamination plan
• Run vacuum infusion / autoclave cure cycles and monitor process parameters
• Trim, bond, and finish parts to dimensional and surface tolerances
• Complete traceability records for every batch and cure cycle
