• Degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Hands-on understanding of composite or precision manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop work instructions, cycle times, and process routings for new parts.
• Optimize mold, lamination, and cure processes for repeatability and cost.
• Support tooling design and CNC programming for machined components.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
