Job summary

Tulkas Engineering and Technology, an Istanbul-based company, plans and runs composite part development projects from customer requirements through design, prototyping, and delivery. You will own schedules, scope, and budgets across design, tooling, and production, coordinating with engineering, production, quality, and customers to track risks and milestones.

The role requires reading engineering drawings and production plans, strong organization, and excellent cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical or manufacturing projects.
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings and production plans.
• Strong organizational and cross-team communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run composite part development projects from customer requirement through design, prototyping, and delivery.
• Own project schedule, scope, and budget across design, tooling, and production.
• Coordinate between engineering, production, quality, and the customer.
• Track risks, technical open items, and delivery milestones.
• Report project status to customers and internal stakeholders.
