Job summary

VeriPark is seeking a skilled Cash Collection Specialist to manage accounts receivable across Turkey. The role requires 5+ years of AR experience, NetSuite familiarity, advanced Excel, and strong communication/negotiation abilities.

You will monitor portfolios, analyze payment delays, and coordinate with sales, PM, and legal teams to ensure timely collections. Remote-friendly opportunity from Turkey with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience.
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English due to international client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the AR portfolio by customer daily.
• Identify overdue receivables, prioritize them and take necessary actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly collections reports and present to finance management.
• Produce DSO and aging reports to track performance.
• Act as the primary collections contact for the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales to analyze payment delays and solutions.
• Coordinate with PM to ensure timely payment triggers.
• Work with legal/contracts to lift critical receivables when needed.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers and reach agreements.
• Maintain invoice, payment and reconciliation records in NetSuite.
• Perform periodic customer account reconciliations.
• Track remittance documents and share with accounting.
• Suggest improvements to collection procedures.
• Report early warning signals of payment issues.

We are looking for a Cash Collection Specialist to manage the company’s accounts receivables across Turkey with 5+ years of Experience.

What you will be doing:

• Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable portfolio by customer on a daily basis
• Identify overdue receivables, prioritize them, and take necessary actions
• Prepare weekly/monthly collections reports and present them to finance management
• Regularly produce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and aging analysis reports
• Act as the primary collections contact point for the assigned customer portfolio
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze reasons for payment delays and develop solutions
• Coordinate with the project management team to track delivery/acceptance processes and ensure payment triggers occur on time
• Work closely with the legal/contracts team to lift critical receivables when necessary
• Communicate directly with customers to negotiate payment plans and reach reconciliations/agreements
• Maintain up-to-date invoice, payment, and reconciliation records in the ERP system (NetSuite)
• Perform periodic customer account reconciliations
• Track payment receipts and remittance documents and share them with the accounting team
• Contribute to the improvement of collection procedures
• Report early warning signals (changes in payment behavior, communication gaps, etc.)

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, collections, or accounting
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and reporting capabilities
• Written and verbal English communication skills (due to the international nature of the customer portfolio)
