Job summary

Rijk Zwaan Türkiye is seeking a Station Manager to jointly lead the development of three breeding stations in Antalya alongside the current Station Manager and a committed team. You will coordinate daily operations, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement, focusing on operational excellence, safety, and cross‑functional collaboration with Breeding, Execution, Sales and Support teams.

With a Bachelor's in an agricultural field and at least 7 years of relevant experience, you will guide

• Strong understanding of production processes and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Share leadership with current Station Manager and oversee development.
• Lead and coach a team of about 50 across three stations.
• Coordinate day-to-day station operations.
• Ensure efficient use of facilities, equipment and resources.
• Manage operational budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Plan five-year investment budgets and monitor realization.
• Coordinate service providers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Engage with international management and strategy planning.
