Rijk Zwaan Türkiye invites applications for a Station Manager role to lead and jointly develop our three breeding stations in Antalya, overseeing operations, budgets, and partnerships. You will guide a ~50‑strong team, drive efficiency, safety, and sustainable practices while aligning with our international management teams.

You bring a Bachelor’s in Agriculture, 7+ years in agricultural operations or station management, strong English, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in agricultural operations or station management.
• Strong understanding of agricultural production processes and infrastructure management.
• Passion for emerging agricultural technologies, precision farming, automation, digital agriculture, and sustainability trends.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead the operational and strategic development of three breeding stations in Antalya.
• Lead, coach, and support a team across three stations (~50 employees).
• Oversee day-to-day station operations and coordination of services.
• Manage facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other resources.
• Plan and monitor operational budgets and five-year investment plans.
• Engage with external contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and explore innovations in ag tech.
• Collaborate with Breeding, Execution, Sales and Support teams.
• Contribute to company strategy as part of the Management Team.
