Job summary

Rijk Zwaan Türkiye is seeking a Station Manager to jointly lead three breeding stations in Antalya with the current Station Manager. You will oversee ~50 employees, coordinate daily operations, manage facilities and budgets, and drive continuous improvement across Breeding, Execution, Sales and Support teams.

You will report to the R&D Managing Director Türkiye and collaborate with international management to develop long-term strategy and operational objectives. Fluency in English is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in agricultural operations, station management, farm management, production, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of agricultural production processes and infrastructure management.
• Passion for emerging agricultural technologies, precision farming, automation, and digital agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Share leadership responsibilities with the current Station Manager and oversee operational and strategic development of three breeding stations in Antalya.
• Lead and coach a team of ~50 employees across three stations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, facilities, equipment, and resources.
• Plan budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage five-year investment budgets.
• Coordinate service providers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and company standards compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor adoption of innovative technologies.
