Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our Global and local Turkey teams. You will create and execute manual test cases, report results, and document defects while supporting development to troubleshoot issues.

You will participate in Agile/Scrum processes, analyze basic business requirements, and help improve testing practices to sustain a quality-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must speak Chinese and have a background in software development.
• Graduation in computer engineering or software engineering is a plus.
• Experience in software development (mobile, web, etc.) is required.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and passion for software testing.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Java or Python and API testing tools is a plus.
• Understanding of database systems and SQL commands is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux terminal commands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual test cases, report results and document defects.
• Support development by identifying and troubleshooting issues during testing.
• Collaborate with global and Turkish teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC.
