Job summary

RDC Talent seeks an experienced QA/Test Engineer to design and execute tests, review design documents, and ensure quality across web and mobile platforms. You will manage test scenarios, report results, and address defects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on testing, familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, and automation knowledge. Based in Istanbul, the position focuses on delivering reliable software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years hands on experience in QA/Test Engineering.
• Good knowledge of Software Development and Test Lifecycle Knowledge.
• Experience of test and defect management processes using Jira, Xray etc.
• Good technical knowledge of platforms, web services and APIs.
• Experience of SOAP and RESTful Service testing with SoapUI, Postman.
• Knowledge on automated testing frameworks and languages (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, JUnit).
• Skills on programming languages (Java).
• Experience with load testing tools like JMeter, Locust and any other Performance Monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with issues triaging and debugging test failures.
• Demonstrable ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across teams.
• Good communication skills with clear and an engaging presentation style.
• Strong teamwork, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing test scenarios by reviewing analysis and design documents.
• Preparation of test designs and plans.
• Taking part in functional tests, regression tests, integration tests, user acceptance tests and other testing areas deemed necessary.
• Running tests and publishing test reports.
• Opening and tracking error records.
• Running tests on different mobile devices.
