OKX Türkiye is seeking an experienced risk leader to own the local enterprise risk management framework and provide independent oversight to ensure risks are identified, assessed, managed and reported within Board-approved risk appetite.

You will advise senior management, the Risk Committee and Board on the firm’s risk profile, emerging risks and remediation priorities, with a strong emphasis on Turkish capital markets, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Capital Markets Licence (Level 3) as a minimum.
• Around 10 years in risk management within financial services or capital markets, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish regulatory framework and SPK.
• Expertise in enterprise and operational risk and outsourcing governance.
• Excellent analytical judgement and communication skills with board exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related field; certifications desirable.
• Fluent Turkish and English; able to work with local and global teams.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance risk analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the local risk function with clear accountability.
• Maintain enterprise risk framework, policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers; challenge controls.
• Develop risk appetite and limits for board approval; monitor indicators.
• Present risk reports to senior management, Risk Committee and Board.
• Oversee technology, cybersecurity, data and custody risk oversight.
