Job summary

INGHubsTürkiye is seeking a Solution Architect Chapter Lead who blends architectural leadership with people leadership to shape technology strategy, design scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and build high-performing teams across ING’s international ecosystem.

You will guide product owners and domain architects, drive cloud modernization, and lead transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with ING’s architectural principles and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, solution design or architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in complex environments.
• Experience as Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and tech domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in Agile organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English communication (C1+).
