You will guide a chapter of AI/LLM Data Scientists, translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable, production-grade solutions, and collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to create measurable business value.

You will lead talent development, influence AI strategy, and contribute to ING’s global Agentic AI vision while operating in a hybrid, globally

• Significant experience leading AI/LLM data science teams.
• Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into scalable business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions and deploying at scale.
