ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Chapter Lead AI/LLM Data Scientist to combine people leadership with hands-on technical direction, shaping Agentic AI across ING's global network. You will lead a chapter of AI/LLM data scientists, collaborating with Product Leads, Architects, and stakeholders to translate capabilities into scalable solutions.

This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, influencing AI product strategy and governance while driving safe, production-grade AI across multiple

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Data Science, ML, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Leadership experience mentoring technical professionals in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI solutions and strong Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a chapter of AI/LLM Data Scientists.
• Drive AI craftsmanship and knowledge sharing across the Analytics Engineering community.
• Partner with Product Leads, Tribe Leads, and other Chapter Leads to shape AI capabilities.
• Support capacity planning and allocation of chapter members across initiatives.
• Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions powered by LLMs.
• Guide development of AI agents interacting with tools, APIs, data sources, and business apps.
• Establish best practices for AI engineering, governance, and safety.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, and MLOps teams to scale AI solutions.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI products with measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to ING's global Agentic AI vision and roadmap.
