Job summary

WLG in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking a seasoned professional to support the capability programme behind multi-domain integration and to help synchronise effects across domains within the alliance governance model.

You will support the development of capability products, coordinate with agencies and nations, and provide methodological and analytical expertise to trace requirements and develop doctrinal content.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve integrating and synchronising effects, particularly non-kinetic ones.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.
