Job summary

IGA Istanbul Airport seeks a talented C-VIP Guest Experience Agent to join the meeting point of the world. You will track VIP passengers, accompany them through arrivals and departures, and coordinate services to match personal preferences, ensuring a smooth, secure experience.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, a strong focus on confidentiality, and excellent English; a second language is preferred. Join a team recognized for world-class service and global connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Track VVIP passengers’ arrival/departure times and flight details from systems and prepare accordingly.
• Accompany the passenger throughout arrival and departure processes, ensuring safe, comfortable and efficient procedures.
• Organize and supervise services according to the passenger’s preferences and special requests.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role

• Track VVIP passengers’ arrival and departure times, flight details and special requests from relevant systems and sources before operations and complete necessary preparations on time,
• Accompany the passenger personally throughout all arrival and departure processes ensuring safe, comfortable, and efficient completion of procedures,
• Organize and supervise services according to the passenger’s personal preferences and special requests,
• Handle and protect all passenger information in accordance with confidentiality and security rules,
• Coordinate with all relevant departments and external service providers to ensure smooth completion of operations,
• Continuously monitor passenger satisfaction during the operation and take proactive actions in case of any issues or special requests,
• Be accessible at all times while the VVIP passenger is in the terminal and provide personal assistant services,
• Prepare post-operation reports and communicate experience analysis to the manager,

• A focus on confidentiality and adherence to security and protocol rules in handling passenger information and throughout all operations,
• Great command of English; preferanbly knowledge of a second foreign language,
• Knowledge about high-level guest satisfaction and personal service standards,
• Ability to perform each task with a customer focus,
• Strong crisis management skills with a proactive approach,
• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule,
• A professional and discreet approach throughout duties,
