Job summary

İGA Istanbul Airport is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Sr. Specialist to design and manage competitive total rewards programs within a large, multinational environment.

Key activities include market benchmarking, salary band design, annual reviews, and benefits management across health, retirement, and voluntary programs. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and proficient Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in a large-scale or multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation, market pricing, and total rewards systems.
• Excellent analytical mindset, data-driven thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with HRIS/SAP is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
