Job summary

DSV Türkiye is seeking a Business Development Manager, Road, Turkey, to develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers in the Aegean region. Travel will be required, and a strong command of English with a valid Class B driving license is essential.

You will identify opportunities, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure satisfaction. This is a growth role within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in logistics with minimum 3 years.
• Strong commercial and office software skills (Microsoft Office).
• Advanced English level (minimum B2).
• Experience and knowledge of products, market and industry.
• Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.
• Izmir-based but willing to travel in the Aegean region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Represent DSV professionally in all customer interactions.
