Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU is seeking a Business Development Manager for Road in Turkey. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets through close collaboration with Operations and Customer Service teams.

The ideal candidate has field sales experience in logistics, strong English skills (B2), and a valid B driving license, with willingness to travel across the Aegean region from Izmir.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in the logistics industry, minimum 3 years.
• Strong commercial and office software skills (Microsoft Office).
• Advanced level of English (B2 level at least).
• Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.
• Izmir-based but willing to travel in Aegean region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Represent DSV professionally in all customer interactions.
