Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, data analysis, business analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of finance with solid analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting and financial statements is considered an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance regular management reports and presentations for senior management
• Track and analyze financial and operational KPIs, identify performance drivers and proactively highlight risks and opportunities
• Support the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-term business planning processes
• Build financial models and perform ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and investment decisions
• Support IFRS and management reporting requirements when needed

The successful candidate will support financial planning, reporting, data analysis and modelling activities while helping deliver accurate and timely insights and reports to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of finance, and a business mindset to transform data into meaningful insights. The role involves analyzing financial and operational data, identifying key trends and performance drivers, and contributing to reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis activities.
