Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Analyst with SAP Signavio expertise to document, analyze, and optimize core processes in Turkey.

You will bridge business stakeholders with IT teams to capture end-to-end processes that align with SAP capabilities and digital transformation goals. You will facilitate workshops, translate requirements into specs and user stories, and ensure processes follow SAP Best Practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BPM/BA or SAP consulting with BPM focus.
• Hands-on SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub).
• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA / ECC and SAP Best Practices.
• Proficient in BPMN 2.0 notation and process modeling standards.
• Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
• English level B1+ for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map as-is and to-be processes in Signavio.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process models.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities.
• Support change management with process docs, training materials, and governance.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, SAP consultants, and project managers.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio to support the documentation, analysis, and optimization of our core business processes.
