Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its AI-focused projects for enterprise-scale organizations. The role requires 4+ years of BA experience, fluent English, and hands-on Agile experience.

You will gather and document requirements, work with diverse teams, and translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and developers, supporting AI solution design and delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience on AI, machine learning, data, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with enterprise-level or large corporate organizations.
• Strong knowledge of BA methods, requirement management, and process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Admin / MIS / CS / Engineering / Economics.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Previous experience working on AI, machine learning, data, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise-level or large corporate organizations.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methods, requirement management, and process analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with AI products, data platforms, chatbots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in international, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and product delivery processes.
