Job summary

Arup in Istanbul & Ankara seeks a Civil Engineer to shape transportation infrastructure. You will design road, street, and cycleway layouts, and ensure quality across drawings, BOQs, and reports.

The role involves coordinating across disciplines and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree with 3+ years in transportation design, and demonstrate proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D,

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Civil Engineering and transportation infrastructure design.
• Experience: 3+ years in transportation engineering for road/highway projects.
• Technical: CAD tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, OpenRail/OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual and construction designs for roads, streets, and cycleways.
• Review drawings, reports, calculations, BOQs, and specs for quality and contract compliance.
• Prepare bid documents for significant projects, managing priorities and quality.
• Coordinate across disciplines with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Build relationships with clients across the project lifecycle and be a trusted contact.
