Job summary

Sigma Group is seeking a Creative Designer to craft high-quality visual content for digital platforms, social channels, and brand communications, with a focus on using AI tools to boost creativity, speed, and output quality. You will produce posts, reels, banners, ads, and motion content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and websites, adapting visuals for multiple brands while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in creative design, social media design, digital content creation, video editing, or a similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media visuals, videos, reels, and campaign creatives
Proven experience using AI tools in the creative process
Ability to show examples of projects created or enhanced with AI tools
Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, and brand consistency
Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, CapCut
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut AI
Ability to create content from concept to final delivery
Strong attention to detail and high-quality execution
Good command of English
Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines
Creative, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

Create professional and visually strong content for social media and digital communication channels
Design posts, carousels, banners, ads, campaign visuals, and brand materials
Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and motion content
Use AI tools for idea generation, image creation, video production, content enhancement, and workflow improvement
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product announcements, employer branding, and corporate communication
Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and brand identities
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication goals
Collaborate with marketing, management, sales, product, and business teams
Follow design trends and new creative technologies
Organize design files, templates, assets, and reusable content
